Shopbop Surprise Sale
Between now and October 31, Shopbop is having a great sale on thousands of items on their site. The Shopbop surprise sale has up to 40% off of select items. I love sales like this because they’re a great chance to stock up on some favorite staples. Besides great tees and tops, I was really impressed with the accessories included in the sale.
Accessories
Shopbop’s sale features a bunch of great accessories, like the Madewell leopard and floral no-show socks. Their hair accessory game is particularly strong. I love having long hair, but I hate having it in my face, so I’m always eyeing a good clip or barrette. Luckily, there are a few great options to choose from, including the Erin Hair Clip and Cecile Barrette. If bobby pins are more your style, there are some sparkly and bejeweled options of those as well.
Besides clips, there are plenty of scrunchies to choose from. The Shopbop secret sale has a pretty good selection of dressier ones like the Chan Luu Tie option (seen here in teal, but also available in a tan color), and more casual styles, like the Ganni Silk Mix scrunchie.
I was most struck with the jewelry options available under for under $30. Two BaubleBar earrings are included here — the rainbow hearts and the tortoise and pink — that are calling my name. I’ve been into big statement earrings lately, and these both check that box for me. The Madewell charm hoop earrings are a bit more subtle, if you prefer something more delicate.

Staple Tees and Fun Tank Tops
The bulk of the clothing included in the Shopbop surprise sale are over $30, but there are a handful of great staple pieces for under that from Madewell and Spiritual Gangster. I love a fun Spiritual Gangster tank, whether it is for working out or daily wear. The Radiate and Love tanks are both available for $28.80. My favorite Madewell whisper cotton tops are notably on sale in the tank top and long-sleeved variety. The long sleeved variety in black is just $20.65, which is great news for layering this fall and winter. The v-neck pocket tank is available in white for $12.95 and black for $18.50.
