The kitties have been fans of Solid Gold pet food for quite some time. So, when the company reached out and offered to send us some Solid Gold SeaMeal Supplement to try, of course I said yes. I’ve gotten a few different kinds of Solid Gold wet food for the cats to try, but what I’ve really loved has been their supplements. Solid Gold SeaMeal Review: Digestive and Immune Health Supplement for Cats
Per the product description, Solid Gold SeaMeal powder is formulated with a blend of USA-sourced seaweed rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants to support a healthy skin and coat and immune health.
So far, so good. I love any product that promotes kitty cat coats and immune health.
Besides the seaweed goodness, SeaMeal’s natural digestive enzymes help pets utilize more of the nutrients in their food and support healthy digestion. This means they get more of the good stuff out of their already-great wet foods!
Now, we only have cats, but you can also use Solid Gold SeaMeal for dogs. The Solid Gold health product is designed for both dogs and cats. So, for a cat-and-dog household, this product is great because it works for both pets!
Solid Gold SeaMeal Supplement is Easy to Use
Another reason I really like about SeaMeal is that it’s super easy to add to the cat foods. The SeaMeal Powder just requires a little spoonful of the mixture be added to their wet food once or twice a day.
Usually, I add a bit of extra water to really blend the powder in. Extra water is always a good addition, too!
Before, both Emory and Olivia would get dandruff flakes that was most noticeable when scratching their backs above their tails. Since I’ve been adding the SeaMeal to their wet food, Emory and Olivia’s little dandruff tuffs have diminished. Louis is shinier, too, I think, thanks to the supplement!

*This Solid Gold SeaMeal was gifted to us in exchange for our honest review. I have purchase the product many times myself, though, once we ran out of the first jar! I tend to buy the 1 lb jar and refill the small container that fits in our kitchen drawer with the cat food bowls.
