One of my all-time favorite restaurants in the Orlando/Winter Park area, The Glass Knife is equal parts bakery and cafe. With a delightful aesthetic and atmosphere, delicious savory foods, and sumptuous sweets, there is truly something for everyone at this little restaurant. I’ve been thinking a lot about personal goals of mine and seeking out tips for goal setting, particularly in regard to my blog and business. As you would probably agree, things have been thrown for a loop in light of the pandemic and political climate; the steps I had mapped out for myself in January aren’t serving me now. Over the holiday, I was able to visit The Heavy in Winter Park, Florida. I had seen the shop on Instagram many times and heard great things about it. The plant-store-coffee-shop hybrid stole my heart and exceeded my expectations. The Heavy definitely deserves its tagline as Winter Park’s happy place.
