Christmas Nail Colors for the Holiday Season
A simple way to get into the festive spirit is with a new coat of nail polish. I always feel more put together when I have my nails nicely painted. Plus, festive nails are one of my favorite things about the holidays! I love an excuse to wear extra glitter or fun Christmas nail colors (although it doesn’t take much to convince me to glitter anytime during the year!).
Here, I’m sharing some fun festive nail colors, each of which will arrive before Christmas. These Christmas nail colors are from some of my favorite brands and range the color spectrum. I hope you find one you love!

Festive Holiday Nail Polishes
For this holiday nail polish guide, I wanted to feature a range of colors, from neutrals to bold, flat color to sparkle. As far as sparkle goes, the Essie Good as Gold is a great option. I’m also intrigued by the OPI I Cancer-tainly Shine, though, which looks like it’ll give a great shine.
The holidays always call for rich colors, in my opinion. I typically love a deep forest green (obviously!) or a rich oxblood, like the classic OPI Malaga Wine. When picking colors this year, I found myself drawn to some neutrals and rosy colors when preparing this article. The Essie Dusty Rose Angora Cardi in the middle of the graphic below is really calling my name!

Top Row: OPI I Cancer-tainly Shine | OPI Millennium Mocha | Sally Hanson Under the Tree
Middle Row: Essie Good as Gold | Essie Dusty Rose Angora Cardi | OPI The Things I’ve Seen in Aber-green
Bottom Row: OPI Angels Flight to Starry Nights | OPI Malaga Wine | ILNP Forest Drive Holiday Green
Of course, as a lover of all things green, the ILNP Forest Drive Holiday Green caught my eye. I love the dark green glitter it features. However, I wanted to highlight one of my favorite greens – The Things I’ve Seen in Aber-green. This type of rich, earthy green is perfect for the holidays, reminiscent of evergreens and Christmas garlands. This is one of my year-round favorites that really suits the winter season. For a lighter green, Sally Hanson Under the Tree is a great option.

For my early holiday nails this year, I went with a bright green sparkle made up of two greens.
First, we used two coats of the DND Nightrider green (coincidentally, the green I wore for my wedding!) plus a layer of DND Jade Jingle.
I linked more sparkly greens specifically on this ShopLTK post!
