Making the Most of Cozy Bedroom Decor
When it comes to bedroom decor, the cozier, the better, in my opinion. Life is busy and stressful, and having a relaxing, cozy space to end the day in can really help one rest. When it comes to cozy bedroom decor, there are plenty of things you can focus on, from bedding to lighting, wall art to furniture choices. Whether you decide to embrace the softest bedding or opt for softer lighting options, it never hurts to add a little cozy comfort to the space! Here, I’m sharing the best cozy bedroom decor options, from soft rugs to soothing wall, lush bedding to accent pillows, to help you rest and recharge after a busy day!

Cozy Wall Art & Lighting Options
Wall art and lighting are two great ways to accentuate a space without shelling out for new furniture. Soft lighting can help with night time relaxation, offering a warm, soothing ambiance as opposed to a bright, invigorating vibe more suited to mornings and afternoons. Adding a soft nightlight is a great option, as is this cool candle-warming lamp, which would bring in a scent component to the cozy vibes. Similarly, for fans of traditional alarm clocks over cell phones, there are plenty of low profile designs like this digital clock to serve as a gentle nightlight.

As for wall art, this is a great way to personalize a space. Whether you opt for a pre-made gallery wall, like with the Watercolor Burst Wall Art in the bottom left of the graphic above (more great options here), or for an individual abstract piece, you have lots of options. Alternatively, you could embrace the dark academia vibe and go with something rich and moody, like the gorgeous Black Cat Art Print featured above. Bedding, Blankets, & Rugs
When it comes to cozy bedroom design, bedding and blankets are pretty much the first thing to come to mind. Don’t overlook cozy rugs and reading chairs, though, as these are great accent pieces in many spaces.
For sheets, quilts, and blankets, opt for serene colors to help build your cozy bedroom atmosphere. Beyond blankets and bedding, be sure to consider a nice area rug or cozy reading chair, should your space allow it. I’m a huge fan of Ruggable’s washable rugs, and just found out they have a gorgeous Sage Green Plush Rug option, along with their usual low-pile styles.
