The Best of Fall in Tampa, Florida
Fall in Tampa might not come with crisp air or changing leaves, but that doesn’t mean the city doesn’t celebrate the season. Whether you’re in the mood for a pumpkin-spiced drinks (hot or iced), a cozy fall outing, or a festive local experience, there are plenty of ways to get in the autumn spirit here in Tampa Bay. Here are a few of my favorite fall things to do in Tampa and St. Pete — from seasonal treats to cozy local spots worth visiting!

Fall Things to Do in Tampa
1. Sip on Pumpkin-Spiced Coffee Flights and Seasonal Lattes
First and foremost, for my coffee and pumpkin spice lovers, there are lots of great seasonal drinks available at some of Tampa’s best local coffee shops!
- The Blend Coffee & Cocktails – Their fall coffee flight features an assortment of festive drinks you’ll want to photograph before you sip.
- Buddy Brew Coffee – Known for seasonal staples like the Salted Maple Flat White and other spiced pumpkin creations, as seen here. Learn more about this local coffee favorite here!
- Kahwa Coffee – Try the Pecan Sugar Latte this fall — it’s sweet, nutty, and perfect for a cozy pick-me-up. Details on the drink here!
- Willa’s Provisions – For fall, Willa’s has brought back their Ube drinks and created a new blood orange line of coffee and matcha treats. More details on those here and check out my full review of the coffee shop and restaurant here.
2. Treat Yourself to Seasonal Ice Cream
If you’re a pumpkin lover, this one’s a must. Chill Bros’ Fluffer Pumpkin ice cream is rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced — basically fall in a scoop. I paired it with my faovrite Double Down Oreo flavor and, honestly, the mix was great!
They also have a few other great seasonal flavors — like Mighty Fine Peanut Butter Pie — that are well worth a try. Plus, something tells me more top tier seasonal flavors are on the way soon!

3. Visit the Hyde Park Pumpkin Patch
Now through the end of October, Hyde Park Village’s annual Pumpkin Patch is back. This is a fun spot for seasonal photos, decorating inspiration, and pumpkin picking — and you can always enjoy some shopping and great food in the walkable village while you’re there! Here are my top Hyde Park Village picks, if you want to make a day of it.
4. Try a Fall-Themed Candle Workshop at Armature Works
If you love candles (and let’s be real, who doesn’t?), Armature Works is hosting a Fall Candle Pour Workshop. You have to sign up in advance but this promises to be a creative, cozy outing to enjoy solo or with friends.
5. Fall Drinks & Blind Dates with a Book at Book + Bottle (St. Pete)
Book + Bottle combines two of my favorite things — reading and great drinks. This fall, they’re offering seasonal beverages and themed Blind Date with a Book bundles for a little bookish fun. Get all the fall themed details here and learn more about this great indie bookstore here!
6. Enjoy Some of Tampa’s Best Patios & Biergartens
