August was a prolific month for me in terms of reading. In all, I finished twelve books, ranging from regency romance to dystopian fantasy. Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros is my top favorite for the month — maybe for the year — with the Throne of Glass series books collectively coming in second. The Gael Song series from Shauna Lawless were also spectacular, featuring a mix of magic and history that really did it for me. In all, I have lots of great books to add to your TBR!
For those of us with an emerald green wedding color scheme, one of the first things to decide on is what dresses the bridesmaids will wear. When it comes to emerald green bridesmaids dresses, the perfect hue can be tough to find, especially if you’re looking for a range of styles and sizes. Here, I’m sharing the best emerald bridesmaids dresses from some of the most reliable retailers, like Anthropologie’s BHLDN, Reformation, Birdy Grey, and more.
For fans of historical fiction and Celtic mythology, The Gael Song Series by Shauna Lawless is the perfect mix of both. When I say I read these books in a matter of days, I am not exaggerating. Both novels are compelling and engrossing, leading the reader through a myriad of history and mythology that will leave you wanting to know more!
